i was choosing a subject to work on next when suddenly someone told me i couldn't paint this.. and so i did. started early 2008 and stopped for 1 whole year...i finished this just recently. while it was ok painting this piece, it will be a reminder that i will never do something just to prove myself to someone.

    i think its really nice. a bit dreary, but like the tree and how your eyes just go directly to it and you're just amazed at its remarkable presence :)
